Greek Yogurt + Banana + Oats

Lunch:
Turkey Taco Bowl
(ground turkey, black beans, peppers, light rice)

Dinner:
Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

      

Breakfast:
Protein Banana Oatmeal

Lunch:
Garlic Chicken, Rice & Broccoli

Dinner:
Egg & Veggie Scramble
(eggs + peppers + onions)

 

Breakfast:
Egg & Spinach Breakfast Bowl
(scrambled eggs + sautéed spinach + small potato)

Lunch:
BBQ Chicken + Sweet Potato + Green Beans

Dinner:
Veggie Stir Fry + Eggs (soy sauce flavor)

 

Breakfast:
Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal (or sunflower butter if allergy)

Lunch:
Chicken Veggie Skillet
(chicken + peppers + onions, no rice or light rice)

Dinner:
Turkey Stuffed Peppers

 

Breakfast:
Greek Yogurt Parfait (oats + banana + cinnamon)

Lunch:
Chicken Fried Rice (healthy version)
(rice, eggs, mixed veggies, diced chicken)

Dinner:
Tuna Rice Bowl
(tuna, rice, light sauce)

 

Breakfast:
Eggs + Roasted Potatoes

Lunch:
Turkey & Veggie Bowl
(similar to Day 2 but different seasoning—Italian style)

Dinner:
Chicken & Veggie Soup (light, filling, low calorie)

Greek yogurt + berries + oats

Lunch:
Grilled chicken + rice + broccoli

Dinner:
Turkey taco bowl (rice, beans, peppers)

Breakfast:
Egg scramble (spinach, cheese) + toast

Lunch:
Tuna salad sandwich + cucumber

Dinner:
Baked chicken thighs + roasted sweet potatoes + veggie

Spaghetti with ground Beef + garlic bread

Breakfast burritos (eggs, sausage, cheese)

Lunch:
Tuna salad sandwiches + crackers

Dinner:
BBQ chicken drumsticks, mac & cheese, corn

Oatmeal with bananas + brown sugar

Leftover BBQ chicken plates (or chicken bowls)
